Sarah & Philip had the most PERFECT wedding at The Trolley Barn and I am so excited to share it with y’all! When I first met Sarah & Philip for their engagement session back in January, it instantly felt like we were old friends. They are both so warm and friendly, and they have two of the most joyful personalities. Philip is a fellow Auburn grad (War Eagle), and Sarah graduated from the College of Charleston before getting her masters at UGA. And it was by no accident that these two met and had their first date over sushi! They both have a love for cooking, the outdoors, and allll things food related. Not to mention, they are both dog lovers and have the sweetest pups! And although they were not at the wedding, Buddy and Tusk (their pups) made an appearance on Philip’s socks and their signature drinks at the wedding!
I had the biggest honor of also capturing their rehearsal dinner, and getting to celebrate these two all weekend was such a treat! From the moment I arrived, people could not help but overflow with love and adoration. As each of their loved ones stood up to toast to the Cala’s, they were filled with the most wonderful stories and advice for the couple. It is insanely easy to see how deeply Sarah & Philip love one another, and the love that everyone else has for them is unmatched. As the night came to an end, I could hardly wait for their wedding to be here so we could celebrate all over again!
Their wedding day started at the GORGEOUS Ritz-Carlton in Atlanta before heading to the Trolley Barn for their first look! As Sarah approached Philip, he could not hold back the tears even before he saw his stunning bride! One of my favorite parts of their day was the fact that both of Sarah’s parents walked her down the aisle. And not only that, but Sarah’s father also officiated the wedding! It was an incredibly heart felt ceremony, and everyone cheered as Sarah & Philip became Mr. & Mrs. Cala!!
Alexis and I could not be more grateful that we were able to be apart of their newest chapter. We cannot wait to witness such a beautiful love grow for years and years to come!
SO MUCH LOVE FOR THE CALA’S!
